- The mentioned prices are exclusive of taxes
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is applicable on each residential plans
- Speed is rationalised to 5 mbps once the data threshold is reached.
- Customers can purchase more if they are desirous when their plan is on Fallback.
- All the above prices are excluding VAT
- The device charges mentioned above is a part of new installation package and standalone charges for the devices may be different to the one stated above.
- If the device is damaged during use due to any reason, the deposit for that device is fortified and customer is required to purchase new device.
- STB Warranty – 6 months
- Extra STB is chargeable @ Rs. 2000+Refundable deposit (500)
