How do i know if there is a problem with Router?

  • If your router has been reset, your normalWifi SSID will not be broadcasted instead Wi-Fi SSID has been changed to names like DIGICOM, TPLINK, TENDA, which means the router has been reset and reconfiguration is required.   •  If the WAN led light is not glowing on the router, it may be due to damaged cable from ONU/POE to Router.
