Please go to settings from the MENU
Inside settings, ensure that (eg: BROADTV-NP1) is selected in the server list.
It will show then show you the speed test in Mbps.
The optinum speed must be more than 15 mbps for it to run smoothly. Please contact us if the speed test shows less than that.
